Payment Schedule

These are the dates that the funds must be paid so your spot for NOAC will be reserved. The council office must submit a total of all members of the contingent by May 1, 2024. D

 

Tentative Schedule & Fees

January 15, 2024       $250.00       NOAC reservation deposit

March 1, 2024.           $250.00       2nd payment

May 1, 2022                $250.00       Final NOAC payment**

June 15, 2022            $400.00       Aracoma travel fee

Anyone wishing to pay after the NOAC final due date(May 1) may have to pay a late fee of $100.00 according to the NOAC rules.
 

Travel fee will include t-shirts, patch package, food for the trip, lodging, tour fees and travel expenses. This does not include extra patches, snacks, personal purchases on the trip.
